The block room is for building and for pretend play. The block room has a huge set of blocks, a play kitchen, dolls, a dress up corner and a sensory table.

Blocks allow for open-ended and co-operative play.

The sensory table is sometimes filled with water, with rice, with sand, or with foam. Children have the opportunity to explore the materials and to socialize with one another.
